Consent for the Delta First to use photographic, audio and/or video recordings

Delta First may capture photographs, video, and audio recordings during campaign activities, events, meetings, or volunteer activities. These materials help us share our work with the community and communicate with residents.

By signing this release, you grant permission for Delta First to use your image, likeness, voice, or appearance as recorded in photographs, video, or audio.

Permission to Use

I grant Delta First and its representatives permission to photograph, film, or record me and to use these materials for campaign-related purposes, including but not limited to:

• Delta First website (deltafirst.ca)

• Social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)

• Digital advertising and promotional materials

• Campaign publications and newsletters

• Media releases and media coverage

• Printed campaign materials

Use and Distribution

I understand that these materials may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, or distributed and may be used in combination with
other images, text, or graphics.

I understand that these materials may be shared publicly and may be reproduced or redistributed by media organizations or
members of the public once published.

No Compensation

I understand that I will not receive payment, compensation, or royalties for the use of these materials.

Release of Liability

I release and hold harmless Delta First, its candidates, volunteers, and representatives from any claims, demands,
or liability arising from the use of these photographs, videos, or recordings.

Withdrawal of Consent

If I wish to request removal of a photo or video in the future, I may contact Delta First. While reasonable efforts will be made,
I understand that content already shared publicly or reproduced by others may not be fully removable.

Confirmation

By signing below, I confirm that:

• I am 18 years of age or older, or

• I am the parent or legal guardian providing consent for a minor.
